Januari 2009 The Tales of Robin Hood Closed

Tony's been a busy man!

2009 and 2010 has brought alot for Tony.

Tony has just finished filming for a film called The Stone.
In The Stone Tony plays a local, who apparently terrorises a team of occultists in
their quest to free lost souls. Tony also provided fight choreography, make-up effects,
costume design and stunt work on the film.
"A group of seekers arrive to find the truth about life after death.
They uncover much more than they bargained for."

Tony has helped out on a MA project by Laura McGowan, which involved
highwaymen. For some more information until the pictures will be added here,

Tony has of course worked on the Robin Hood film as was mentioned before.
He was involved in fighting scenes for the new upcoming film about Robin Hood by Ridley Scott.
This film amongst others features Russell Crowe and Cate Blanchett.

Tony; "Russell is very down to earth, very funny and a good cook.
We are working on the new Ridley Scott film which as yet still has no title,
he is playing Robin Hood. It is long hours and hard work but great fun to do,
working with some of the best fighters in the business."

Last but not least, there is a new film in the making for which Tony might also

Siege filming in Farnham and ComingSoon pictures

Tony is currently home for a short break after several weeks of filming for the new
Robin Hood film. He has had confirmation that his fight crew will definitely be on the
siege scenes at Farneham 20/28 July.

Filmwork

Tony is currently on location in Wales where he is (since June) involved in
fighting scenes for the new upcoming film about Robin Hood by Ridley Scott.
This film will amongst others feature Russell Crowe and Cate Blanchett.

Nice detail is that Russell is camping out with the rest of the crew.
Tony has shared a dinner with him which Russell himself had cooked!

Tony; "He is very down to earth, very funny and a good cook.

The Tales of Robin Hood Closed

The Tales of Robin Hood in Nottingham have closed until further notice.
Tony is still available for Robin Hood and other Living History lectures however,
for example for at school, fairs or at private functions.
